Tour Details
Dancers are responsible for providing their own food during performance days, please bring plenty of water and healthy snacks. NO RED BEVERAGES.
Performances:
Saturday November 29 Performance at Grand Auditorium, Ellsworth
Show #1: 1:00pm
Dancer Call: 9:30am
Rehearsal will start as close to 9:30 as possible.
Show #2 Time: 6:30pm
Dancer Call: 5:30pm
Sunday November 30 Performance at the Grand Auditorium
Show Time: 2:00pm
Dancer Call: 12:30 for mandatory barre
**The Grand has a small backstage area, please only bring necessary items to the theater and come with as much hair and makeup done as possible.
Dancers must provide their own transportation to Ellsworth, please reach out if you need carpool assistance.
Saturday December 6 Performance Bjorn Auditorium, Farmington
Bus leaves from Brewer High School Parking Lot at 9:00AM – Returns around 7:30 – 8:00pm
· Please park at the back of the parking lot, by the big white building.
· All Dancers are required to ride the bus to Farmington, but may ride home with family after the shows. You must tell Stevie if you are not riding the bus home.
Show Time: 3:00pm
Saturday December 13 Performance at the University Maine, Machias
Bus leaves from Brewer High School Parking Lot at 9:00AM – Returns around 10:30 – 11:00pm
· Please park at the back of the parking lot, by the big white building.
· All Dancers are required to ride the bus to Machias, but may ride home with family after the shows. You must tell Stevie if you are not riding the bus home.
· This is a very long day. Dancers must pack lunch, dinner and plenty of snacks.
Show Times: 2:00pm & 7:00pm
Thursday December 18 - 6:00-9:30pm
Rehearsal at the Collins Center for the Arts.
*Reindeer may leave as soon as they are finished, approximately 8:00-8:15pm
Friday December 19 - 6:00-9:30pm
Dress Rehearsal with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra at the Collins Center for the Arts
*Parents are not allowed to stay in the theater for this rehearsal.
Treat this rehearsal as a performance, hair and make-up required. Normally there is a photographer at this rehearsal.
Saturday December 20
Performance at the Collins Center for the Arts
Show times: 2:00 and 7:00
Dancer Call Time: 12:30 (Barre starts at 12:30 mandatory for all dancers) and 6:00
Dancers may leave between performances
Sunday December 21
Performance at the Collins Center for the Arts
Show Time: 3:00
Dancer Call Time: 1:30 (Barre starts at 1:30)
If there is an emergency or sickness on a performance day please call or text Stevie on her cell phone number. Messages at the studio will not be heard or answered on performance days – same with Facebook messages. Stevie’s cell phone number: 217-8671.
Dancers are entitled to one comp ticket at the Collins Center for the Arts Performances (one for the weekend). You need to contact the Collins Center Box Office to reserve your comp ticket.
