Keith Robinson - Artistic Director
Keith was raised in the Denver, Colorado area and attended Boston University and the University of Colorado. He began his dance career in Maine with Polly L. Thomas and Ralph Robinson. He was a founding member of the Robinson Ballet under the direction of Ralph Robinson and Jeanne-Marie Aubert. Keith trained with Madam Nora Kiss in Paris, France and with Leonidas De Pian in Athens, Greece. Keith and his wife Maureen danced professionally in Europe with the Ballet Classique De Paris, a touring company based in Paris, France and with Athens Ballet Theatre in Athens, Greece. Keith has choreographed numerous original works for Robinson Ballet as well as well as several other community based arts organizations. He has performed as an actor with The Belfast Maskers, New Surry Theatre, Penobscot Theatre Co. and Ten Bucks Theatre. Keith presently teaches ballet at the University of Maine in Orono, the Belfast Dance Studio and the School of the Robinson Ballet. Keith is most proud of his son Ian who is presently dancing in Israel with Batsheva Dance Company. |

Maureen Lynch - Artistic Director
Maureen is originally from Southern Maine. As a young girl she danced with Polly L. Thomas and her Maine State Ballet Co. She was one of the founding members of the Ralph Robinson Concert Dance Co., which now bears the name of Robinson Ballet. In 1980 Maureen traveled to Europe with her husband Keith Robinson where they danced professionally with the Ballet Classique de Paris in France and Balletto Athenon in Athens, Greece. Upon returning to the States in 1984 they rejoined the Robinson Ballet and began their extensive teaching careers. Maureen works as an Artistic Director for the Robinson Ballet as well as an instructor and choreographer. She is the general director for The School of the Robinson Ballet. She also teaches dance programs in three public schools. The Susanne Smith School in Levant and the Dedham School in Dedham both of which are run and funded by Community Health and Counseling Services, and at the Airline School in Aurora, which is run and funded by the school. As well, she teaches a dance class once a week for the clients of Amicus’s Penobscot Valley Industries and Ralph Leek Elders programs. Maureen has worked for many years as the choreographer for the New Surry Theatre’s musical productions. She has choreographed several productions for George Stevens Academy in Blue Hill as well. Maureen is very active in Robinson Ballet’s outreach programs, helping to provide workshops, lecture demonstrations, and dance performances to school age children. |

Julie Lisnet - Managing Director
Julie Lisnet has two degrees in theatre from the University of Maine in Orono. Over the past 26 years, Julie has worked with Maine Theatre, Marsh Island Stage, Theatre of the Enchanted Forest, The Assembled Players Company and has been seen in 25 productions for Penobscot Theatre and the Maine Shakespeare Festival. In June, 2000 Julie, along with 7 other friends and fellow thespians, founded the Ten Bucks Theatre Co. dedicated to showcasing local actors and producing excellent theater at a reasonable price. She is an actor/director and also in charge of marketing. The company is currently housed in the Between Friends Art Center in Brewer. Julie is an instructor of theatre at the University of Maine in Orono and enjoys her work as Managing Director of Robinson Ballet. She lives in Bangor with her husband Ron and their daughter Natalie Acadia. |

Jeff Ferrell - Technical Director
Jeff worked his first Nutcracker for Robinson Ballet in 1988 as a student at the University of Maine and hasn’t missed a year since. In 1999 Jeff became Technical Director for RBC and is in charge of all of the elements that you, the audience, are not supposed to notice at all if he does his job right! Jeff does lighting design and other theater work for many area groups including the Grand in Ellsworth and a few local dance troupes. Although Jeff’s interests in theater are generally focused on backstage and lighting, he can occasionally be found on stage where his love of theater actually started. In his real life, Jeff works in a group home in Bangor and lives in Bucksport with his wife, Sylvia and daughters Hannah and Aliyah. |

Stevie Dunham
Stevie has been teaching dance to children and adults for over 7 years at dance studios in Bangor and Richmond, VA. She has been a principal dancer with Robinson Ballet, dancing in The Nutcracker and Spring performances. In addition, she has performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC and has worked with Robert Battle, Donald McKayle and Geri Houlihan among others. Her training includes Boston Ballet, Bates Dance Festival, Boston Summer Dance Festival and Florida Dance Festival. She has been a choreographer for the Robinson Ballet annual dance performance for the past three years. Stevie earned her BFA in Dance and Choreography at Virginia Commonwealth University. |

Amanda Fahey
Amanda Fahey is a fourth year student at the University of Maine, where she pursues interests in Theater, Dance, and English. She is a soloist with the Robinson Ballet Company whose favorite roles have included Clara and the Dew Drop Fairy in the Nutcracker. When she is not dancing, Amanda enjoys acting and musical theater, this year appearing in "The Birds" and "Hair" at the University of Maine. |

Terry Lacy
Terry began his career with 5 tigers, 15 elephants and a baby bear on a motorcycle at the Barnum and Bailey theme park Circus World. He has performed in most of the major theaters throughout the United States. Highlights of his career include 8 years dancing in the Magnificent Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall and 24 years as a company member with the New York City Opera Ballet. Other dance credits include performing with the Metropolitan Opera, Washington Ballet, Milwaukee Melody Top and, in addition to performing, as the choreographer for Carol Channing’s National Tour of Hello, Dolly. Other choreography credits include the Broadway show Teaneck Tanzi starring Andy Kaufman and Blondie's Debbie Harry and Rigoletto for the New York City Opera.
Throughout his life Terry mixed the art of dancing with the mind and body centering techniques of yoga. After many years of study in New York City at Jivamukti, Laughing Lotus and Sankalpah he has opened his own yoga studio, Central Street Yoga, located in downtown Bangor. |

Dale Robertson
Dale started dancing at the age of 8. In 1970, she was cast as Clara in the Maine State Ballet's production of The Nutcracker under the direction of Polly Thomas. Dale was a soloist and also a founding member of the Robinson Ballet. She is currently a member of the Robinson Ballet Board of Director's. On Saturday mornings, Dale teaches Creative Movement, Intro to Dance and Tap/Ballet for the School of Robinson Ballet. She resides in Brewer with her son. |
